No you can't.
Just joking , actually there is no reason why not, because really if you can turn on a computer and surf the internet, then you can easily pick up the skills you need to start a computer home based business.
And that is the same for everyone, no matter how limited you may think your computer skills are.
Now it's a pretty safe assumption that you are aware of the tales of people making more than a few bucks on the web.

You don't need to be put off by all the techie stuff that you think you will need to make it happen.
It's secondary to your quality content and foundations, and it's easy to learn how to apply it to your business.
And if you don't want to do it yourself, outsource it to the millions of people that want to do it for you, and will offer you their services at good prices.
Don't let yourself have the wool pulled over your eyes by internet guru's trying to blind you with their impressive sounding language like , Latent Semantic Indexing, Reserve Engineered Squeeze Pages and Double Opt-In Autoresponders.
Because most of the information that comes out of these internet guru's is designed to make you feel inadequate and helpless, and then they ride to your rescue.
Their sales campaigns are designed to make you think that they are your only hope of success.

Learning how to set up and run an internet business takes no more skill and application than learning any new skill.
Whether it's learning Spanish at nigh school or going to the lake to learn how to water ski.
There are basic fundamentals you need to learn and certain steps you need to follow in the right order.
